FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID- (FAFSA):
WHEN TO APPLY? 
(Starting Fall) October 1st- March 2nd. Go to www.studentaid.gov
All Seniors and one parent must get a FSA ID #
Do not share your pin # with anyone. You will continue to use the same pin number for every year you apply for financial aid. If you need assistance call 1-800-4-FED-AID
If you are not a senior but would like to understand the financial aid process, please visit: www.finaid.org or www.fafsa4caster.ed.gov/. Each site has an interactive College Cost Projector, Expected Family Contribution Calculators and Loan Calculators.

CSS PROFILE:
This is an additional financial aid form used by private colleges to determine financial need. This form can be completed as early as October 1st of a student's senior year.

CA DREAM ACT:

The California Dream Act is financial aid for immigrants to the United States who have attended a California High School for 3 years. You could be eligible!

Complete instructions for the CA Dream Application are online at www.caldreamact.org. A Dream Application worksheet, which fills the same role as the FAFSA on the Web worksheet, allows students to gather the information necessary to complete the CA Dream Application. Information on AB 540 and a CA Dream Act FAQ are also available.
