Community Service Logs can be provided as documentation that volunteer hours have been accumulated. Select the Community Service log needed (there are two listed) and print. If you are a Bridge to the Future Applicant, you will be required to complete a Community Engagement Resume. You must go to the B2F link posted on the College center web page to access this.
Please download the Community Service Organization attachment for a list of various places to volunteer within the City of Canoga Park.
