Graduation Ceremony Start Time
The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. To allow for the graduates' processional entrance, all stadium gates will close at 5:55 p.m. Guests arriving after that time will need to wait until the graduates have entered and are seated before the gates reopen. We strongly encourage all guests to arrive early to allow ample time for parking, security screening, and seating. (Also, bring a sweater. It works as a seat cushion if you end up not needing it).
Clear Bag Policy
For the safety and security of all attendees, only clear bags will be permitted inside the venue. No exceptions will be made. Please review the list of prohibited items prior to arrival. Any unauthorized items brought to the venue will be confiscated and cannot be brought into the stadium. See below for details.
Graduation Tickets and Seating
Each graduate will receive five graduation tickets, with some graduates earning additional tickets based on eligibility requirements.
To provide families with the opportunity to capture special moments and photographs during the ceremony, two of each graduate's tickets will be designated for seating on the football field, closer to the graduates. Families may choose which guests will use these field-level tickets.
The remaining tickets will be seatied in the stadium bleachers. Guests seated in the bleachers will still have an excellent view of the ceremony while the field-level seating allows selected family members and friends to be closer to their graduate for photos and memorable moments. Please also note that the entire ceremony will be available on LIVE STREAM for your convenience from our website at canogaparkhs.lausd.org.

CANOGA PARK HIGH SCHOOL OUTSIDE DRINK AND BAG POLICY 2025-2026
Effective September 30, 2025, CPHS will be implementing a clear bag and no outside drinks policy. For all events at Canoga Park High School, permitted bags should be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and cannot be bigger than 12" x 6" x 12”. Other permitted bags include one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziplock bag or similar) and small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4" x 6" in size, with or without a handle or strap. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, cinch bags, non-approved seat cushions*, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Bags will be available at the main gate for $4. Drinks will be available for sale at concession stands. Clear outside water bottles are permitted as long as they are still sealed.
NOTE: To accommodate guests who require items that are medical in nature, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, these are permitted as long as they are within the 12 in. x 6 in. x 12 in. approved bag size. These bags are subject to additional screening and inspection. If a guest has bags, purses, thermos’s, drink containers, fast food drinks, and so forth that are not within the stadium’s container or Clear Bag Policy, they will not be allowed to enter. There will be no refunds.
The Class of 2028 will sell bags for $4 at events while supplies last.
